MohDev International Inc. was established in Toronto , Canada , in 1998 by its president, Mohsen Rifaat, BSc. (Arch.), MSc (Pl), Uof T ., who has extensive local and international business, marketing and development experience in both the private and public sectors.

The firm provides guidance to Canadian companies seeking to do business overseas, and assists foreign clients in locating suitable North American partners, suppliers and personnel. MohDev has taken lead roles in setting up and managing joint ventures, technology transfer initiatives, and training programs. The firm specializes in drafting the viability and business plans required for developing marketing strategies and securing financing.

Through its wide network of high level contacts in a number of countries, MohDev continues to put together winning teams to tackle challenging transactions and development projects, from software development and telecom infrastructure bids in Albania , to steel and tin plate plants in Egypt . Furthermore, MohDev draws from the experience of its president with the Government of Canada to hand hold Canadian companies through the process of identifying and applying successfully for appropriate government funded assistance programs.
