A sample of our accomplishments:

• acting as principal consultant for Hatch, a leading Canadian engineering firm, in its project development work in Egypt, including a steel plant, tin plating plant and bid for the upgrading of an existing iron and steel plant.

• assisting NTG Clarity Networks of Toronto, a leading telecom services company, in market research and developing a business plan for its operations in Egypt. MohDev also assumed lead role in working with NTG its telecom business bids in Albania

• assumed a lead role in Canadian Info Tech's move to establish operations in the Middle East, which subsequently resulted in a buy- out by Saudi interests.

• working with Stinnes-Enerco of Nova Scotia in securing in Egypt and Kuwait for projects involving solid waste conversion to compost

• completing a business plan for the acquisition of a Kraft linerboard plant in the U.S. for G.A. Paper International of Markham, Ontario, on behalf of Saudi investors

• leading of a multi-disciplinary team that conducted a comprehensive market assessment and business plan for a hard-shell gelatin capsule manufacturing facility in       Egypt and Lebanon, with Kuwaiti financing

• joining a team setting up an e-learning center in the Middle-East headed by Toronto based CIS.

• successfully secured  financial assistance from Canadian Government export and technology development programs for our clients .

• recruiting technical personnel for short and long term contracts for local and foreign corporations.

• partnership in a joint-venture with  JVK of St. Catharines, Ontario for the development of a flower growing operation based in Egypt .

• drafting marketing, business, training, environmental protection and gender equity plans for our clients.
